Who Are We ?

Park Wood Residents Company (Rainham) Limited is a small private residential property management company based in the Medway Towns since its incorporation in 1974. We manage two residential apartment blocks.

We act as managing agent for our own freehold company called Tambrell Properties Limited, established in 2008 as a Right to Manage Company since the introduction of The Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002. Our leaseholders are shareholders of the Tambrell Properties Limited and members of Park Wood Residents Company (Rainham) Limited.

Managing apartment blocks can be a complex and difficult task. There are lots of health & safety and compliance aspects to deal with. Not to mention having to deal with collecting service charges, chasing payment arrears, dealing with lease related issues, regularly dealing with utility companies and tradespeople, arranging regular maintenance work and ad-hoc repairs, preparing budgets, arranging adequate insurances, arranging surveys and site reports, waste management, management of parking, garden and grounds maintenance, specialist tree work, major projects and so much more. We also have to support our leaseholders with personal matters relating to lease arrangements with other agencies.
